Our custom designs include some of the most beautiful jewelry ever produced. If your EcoStar Diamond Simulant ever fades, discolors, or becomes damaged, your stone will be replaced...Free of Charge! Since our custom design rings and jewelry are one of a kind, designed just for the client, we are unable to accept returns on any custom work. For questions about our custom design policies please call customer service @800-259-0158. All deposits for CAD fees are not refundable if merchandise is not put into production.
