The 30 days is counted from the day you receive your order from us, not the date you placed the order. All returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new including the original jewelry box it came in. You may use your own outer shipping box or you may reuse the box we originally shipped your order in. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization number.

If your lab diamond gem ever fades, discolors or becomes damaged, your diamond-simulant stone will be replaced...Free of Charge! Since our custom design rings and jewelry are one of a kind, designed just for the client, we are unable to accept returns on any custom work. Any ring ordered in other than the base configuration shown on the site or other than White Gold is considered custom and therefore not returnable. For questions about our custom design policies please call customer service @800-259-0158. All deposits for CAD fees are not refundable if merchandise is not put into production.
